PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DAN LITERASI KEUANGAN TERHADAP KINERJA USAHA MIKRO KECIL DAN MENENGAH DI KOTA LUBUKLINGGAU

Abstract

This study aims to test and prove whether human resource capabilities and financial literacy improve the performance of SME in Lubuklinggau City. This study uses a quantitative approach, with primary data types obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to SME in Lubuklinggau City. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 45 SMEs. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) The ability of human resources improves the performance of SME in Lubuklinggau City. (2) Financial literacy improves the performance of SME in Lubuklinggau City. The Adjusted R² value is only 0.518 which indicates that the dependent variable can be explained and influenced by the independent variable of 51.8% while the remaining 48.2% is influenced and explained by other factors not present in this study
