Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Team Games Tournament learning model on the locomotor motion of elementary school students on MI Panyingkiran students. The method used is quantitative (pre-experimental) with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research sample consisted of 14 grade III students who participated in learning with the Team Games Tournament model for 6 weeks with a learning frequency of twice per week. Data were measured using walking, running and jumping motion tests before and after treatment (pretest-posttest). The results of statistical analysis showed a significant improvement in the locomotor movement ability of students after participating in the Team Games Tournament learning model. These findings show that the Team Games Tournament learning model is effective at the elementary school level. This research is expected to make a positive contribution to sports teachers in designing an effective learning model program
