Abstract

This research is an action research. Part of the implementation of the SWOT analysis program for opak marketing in M Sitiharjo village which was carried out from August 2023 to October 2024. This training was conducted in M Sitiharji Village, Purwodadi District, Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra Province. The purpose of this research activity is to increase the selling power of opak in M Sitiharjo village. empowering the community, especially partners/target groups through training in processing cassava into processed products that can be eaten anywhere and increase the selling price of a product. And this research activity was carried out using the primary data method by means of interviews and direct surveys in the field to meet farmers. The results of this study obtained data that all participants 100% actively participated in receiving all the knowledge and skills that were transferred and were interested in doing it themselves at home
